How can I redeem my Groupon Code?

Find your 8 Digit voucher code in your groupon account. It will not contain any dashes or special characters and will look like this

Add the care package which you have purchased the Groupon code for to your cart and begin the checkout process. At the bottom of the checkout screen, enter the voucher code into the coupon code input.

Enter the 8 digit Groupon code in this area and click “Apply Coupon”.

When will I get my care package?

Depending on what shipping you selected at checkout, you can expect to receive your care package within these time frames:

Standard: 3-5 Business Days

Expedited: 2 Days

Priority: Next Day

Holiday times may impact this time frame.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the care package ships to track the gift box in real time!

Is this a monthly subscription service?

Currently, we do not offer any subscription services and crates are charged as one-time purchases.
